Welcome to UCR Housing Services’ Community Living Program! This service allows UCR students and affiliates to explore the many housing opportunities available near to campus and is a valuable resource to private landlords and property managers, as well.
The Community Living Program can be used for the following types of searches:
ROOMMATES WANTED
A listing of students seeking roommates to share accommodations, including a summary of personal preferences, rent arrangements, and contact information. Often, these students have already secured accommodations and just need another student with whom to share the rent.
ROOMMATES AVAILABLE
A listing of students who want to share an accommodation with someone who has already secured accommodations, including a summary of personal and rent preferences, as well as contact information. Often, two or more “available” roommates will join up and then search for suitable accommodations together.
VACANT LISTINGS
A listing of vacant rooms available in private homes, as well as specials and current vacancies in apartment communities. These listings include descriptions of accommodations, rent arrangements, availability dates, proximity to campus, and contact information.
UCR Housing Services does not investigate, endorse, or guarantee the tenantability of any listings or referrals or of the suitability of those responding to the listings. Users are strongly encouraged to investigate potential accommodations and interview potential roommates personally. UCR Housing Services reserves the right to remove, edit, or withhold any listing.
