Affiliates of UCR, such as faculty, staff, and researchers, can utilize the Community Living Portal to search the Roommate Needed, Roommate Available, and Vacant Listings databases by:

1. Printing, filling out, and mailing the Community Living Listing Service application along with a check or money order for $10.  Housing Services cannot accept cash or credit card payments for this service.

2. You will be contacted with a User Name and Password that will allow you to access the portal for 30 days.

Property managers and owners of apartment and condominium communities and extended stay hotels can post a general, year round listing for their property with our program AND be given the ability to enter periodic vacancies or specials themselves by contacting UCR Housing Services at (951) 827-6350 or by emailing us for more information.
