Welcome to the University of California, Riverside Conference & Event Services website! The City of Riverside is located in the heart of Southern California, where our beautiful campus provides a wonderful educational setting while the surrounding area offers a variety of opportunities for recreation and relaxation.

UCR Conference & Event Services has successfully hosted conference and summer programs for hundreds of organizations from every state in the United States. We provide professional conference coordinators to serve as a liaison between your meeting planner and our campus service providers prior to and during their conference stay. While you are on our campus we will do everything possible to serve your needs and help your conference run smoothly and efficiently. Coordinators schedule lodging, meeting facilities, food and beverage service, audio visual, parking arrangements, and more. Our services are customized to fit almost any conference budget.

Conference and Summer Session housing are available from late June until early September for adults, students, and youth conference groups.

In the heart of the Inland Empire of Southern California, we are just a short distance away from Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Orange County and their beaches, local mountain ski resorts, and National Forests. Ontario International Airport provides airline service to the area and is located a short 18 miles away.
