Our selection of dining plans is designed to stand up to the rigors of your academic schedule. All dining plans are supplemented with Dining Dollars, which allow you to purchase items at any Dining Services-operated convenience store or dining location on campus in addition to the Residential Restaurants at Aberdeen-Inverness and Lothian Residence Halls. This Dining Plan package enables you to eat any 5 of the 19 meals offered weekly at an Aberdeen-Inverness or Lothian Residential Restaurant. It also includes $750 Dining Dollars per year that can be used at a Residential Restaurant or any Dining Services-operated location on campus to buy snacks, regular meals, late-night meals, or guest meals. The 5 Residential Restaurant meals are reset each Monday and any unused meals are not refundable. It is recommended that you use these meals prior to your Dining Dollars when eating at a Residential Restaurant.
This Dining Plan package enables you to eat any 7 of the 19 meals offered weekly at an Aberdeen-Inverness or Lothian Residential Restaurant. It also includes $600 Dining Dollars per year that can be used at a Residential Restaurant or any Dining Services-operated location on campus to buy snacks, regular meals, late-night meals, or guest meals. The 7 Residential Restaurant meals are reset each Monday and any unused meals are not refundable. It is recommended that you use these meals prior to your Dining Dollars when eating at a Residential Restaurant.
This Dining Plan package enables you to eat any 10 of the 19 meals offered weekly at an Aberdeen-Inverness or Lothian Residential Restaurant. It also includes $450 Dining Dollars per year that can be used at a Residential Restaurant or any Dining Services-operated location on campus to buy snacks, regular meals, late-night meals, or guest meals. The 10 Residential Restaurant meals are reset each Monday and any unused meals are not refundable. It is recommended that you use these meals prior to your Dining Dollars when eating at a Residential Restaurant.
This Dining Plan offers the ultimate in flexibility. It is composed entirely of $3,450 Dining Dollars and allows you to eat when and what you want at any Residential Restaurant or any Dining Services-operated location on campus.
This plan requires that you feel comfortable budgeting your spending habits to ensure funds last the entire year. There are no daily/weekly limits with this plan. To assist you in managing this plan, Housing Services will disburse this plan in 50% increments. If you deplete your first 50% disbursement prematurely, you may go to the Resident Services Office in your building to request the second disbursement.
Dining Dollars are located on your UCR Card and are accepted for payment at the Aberdeen-Inverness and Lothian Residential Restaurants, as well as at any other Dining Services-operated campus restaurant or convenience store. This increases the flexibility of your Dining Plan by allowing you to purchase snacks, regular and late-night meals, or meals for guests at alternative campus locations and times. Dining Dollars are effective with the start of your Housing Contract and are available until the last day of school for the regular academic year. Dining Dollar balances do not carry over and are non-refundable. Residents may purchase additional Dining Dollars at any time in increments of $110 at a cost of $100 (a 10% bonus).
