Purchased in the Spring of 2007 by the University, this lushly landscaped and homey community within steps of the UCR campus has been a student favorite for many years. Falkirk offers UCR Continuing Students three different 2-bedroom apartment styles, a 1-bedroom style, and, for Graduates, a Studio apartment style. All of Falkirk’s unfurnished apartment homes include an electric stove, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, clothing and linen closets, window coverings, carpeting, vaulted ceilings, and a patio or balcony. Facilities and Services Located within the Falkirk community is a swimming pool and spa, barbecue area with grills, and three laundry facilities. Mail delivery, equipment check-out, and maintenance services are provided daily by the onsite Resident Services Office staff. All utility services -- including gas, electricity, water, and sewer -- as well as basic cable television are included in the rent. Cable internet and telephone services are available, but are paid for by the resident.
