Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or JCB only) and eChecks are accepted online at R'Web.
Stonehaven residents can pay online here. All credit card transactions are assessed a non-refundable service fee. There is no additional charge for eCheck transactions.
International Village does not accept online payments.
Cash, checks* and money orders* are accepted in person at the Main Cashiers Office. In-person payments are due by 3 p.m.
Stonehaven and International Village can pay in person at the Resident Services Office for each community.
Checks* and money orders* can be dropped into the Main Cashiers Office “drop box,” located in front of the Student Services Building. Payments left in the drop box are due by 4 p.m.
Stonehaven residents can use the payment drop box located outside of the main entrance of the Resident Services Office building.
International Village has no after hours drop box.
Checks* or money orders* can be mailed to the Main Cashiers Office. Please do not
send cash. The university will not be responsible for cash sent through the mail.

All housing payments are due on the 1st of the month for both monthly and quarterly payment plans.
A late fee of $30 is assessed after the 15th day of every month until the student account is paid in full. Payments are always applied to the oldest student bill and late fees are assessed accordingly.
Stonehaven: A late fee of $50 is assessed after the 5th of the month.
International Village: A late fee of $30 is assessed after the 3rd of the month.
Payments returned because of insufficient funds will be assessed a Non-Sufficient Funds Fee.
A "hold" will be placed on all delinquent resident accounts. "Holds" prevent a student from registering for courses and deny access to university transcripts. Housing Services may initiate eviction procedures and associated fees for delinquent accounts.
