R’Card Bear Bucks can be added to your student’s card account for most purchases made on campus and some off-campus partners. You will need your student’s identification number and full, legal name as it appears in our records.

You may park in the community if you display a guest parking permit. Guest parking permits can be purchased from parking kiosks and at dispensers in some communities.

Your Student’s Rights and Privacy

Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), UCR is limited in the type and amount of student information that can be released to others, including parents and guardians. This includes conduct records, academic records, account information and any records pertaining to student housing.
