There are a variety of wellbeing resource options available to UCR Students offering free or low-cost options both on and off campus.

The Well
To receive free sexual health supplies from The Well please make an appointment below. You can also request to receive free Sleep Kit supplies. Only available to UCR students.
There is also a request form to receive free Period products. This form is only available to UCR students. Due to the large order, this request needs one week to fulfill.
UCR Collegiate Recovery provides a community for students in recovery from alcohol and drug use problems and other addictions through fellowship, community, and a safe space.

Low Cost Counseling

Offers individual and couples therapy, child therapy, works with trauma, anxiety, gender identity, depression, and anxiety. They also have stress reduction groups, co-parenting classes, clinical hypnotherapy, and empowerment group.
Family Service Association - (951) 509-8733
Offers individual, couples, family counseling, and anger management and parenting classes. No cost to low cost and sliding scale. Accepts adults with IEHP. Private pay with no waitlist and based on income.
Catholic Charities Riverside, City of Hope - (951) 689-1803
Crisis-based & preventative counseling. Areas of expertise include child abuse prevention and intervention, family counseling, school counseling services, trauma counseling for youth, parent education, anger management, and domestic violence support services.
Carolyn E. Wylie Center For Children, Youth And Families, Medical Therapy Services - (951) 683-5193
Provides outpatient treatment for individual, family therapy, and group treatment with specialized components for substance abuse and child abuse. All ages are accepted. Accepts Medi Cal and IEHP but if no insurance they will do a sliding scale.

Offers Christian-oriented counseling for families, marriage, children/adolescence, individual, crisis, and suicide related issues. Additional services available for parenting education, pre-marital counseling, and vocational and career counseling.

They treat mental health issues such as depression, addictions, grief, spiritual concerns, anxiety, and more for Individual or group. Group meetings include drug and alcohol recovery, Al-Anon, Bipolar, cancer, anger, grief, men’s integrity, and women’s co-dependency groups.
