About Our Staff
The Residential Education team is composed of dedicated professionals that look to provide an intentional and meaningful experience for each student that lives with us, as well as the student leaders and professional staff members that Residential Education employs.
Leadership Team
The Leadership Team serves to provide overall vision and direction to the Residential Education Department. The Leadership Team is composed of the Director of Residential Education, Associate Director over the Engagement Team, Associate Director over the Live-In Team, and an Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The Administrative Support Team serves as the budget, personnel, and program assistants for the department.

Engagement Team
The Assistant Directors for the Engagement Team serve the specific needs of our student population; specific to academic success, living-learning communities, transfer students, second years, leadership and student government, large scale community engagement, as well as recruitment and development of both professional and student staff.
Live-In Team
The Assistant Directors for the Live-In Team serve as an elevated resource for the residents living on-campus while also providing leadership and executing vision for the Resident Director Team. The Resident Director Team serves as a direct service and support to residents, which includes community engagement, programming, and 24/7 on-call emergency response and assistance.
