If you are unable to log in, it is highly recommended that you try resetting your password, especially if you are a new student connecting for the first time. You can reset your password using MyAccount.

- Register your MAC address on getonline.ucr.edu
- Plug in the Ethernet cable
- Restart your device

Cusna Wi-Fi Portal

Wi-Fi — Computers & Phones
- Go to the Cusna Portal
- Select your community and enter your email address
- Click the one-click login link in the email to enter the Cusna Wi-Fi portal
- Copy your unique network password from the portal
- Log in on your device using your new password

- Connect to
UCR-SECURE - Enter your NetID and password
Register Smart Devices
- Log in to ucr.campuswifi.net with your NetID and password
- Click Generate Password in the BYOD Registration Portal
- Enter your device's MAC address and click Save
- Restart your device
- Connect it to
UCR-BYOD, using the password you generated in step 2

- Connect to
EDUROAM - Enter your full RCCD email address and password
Register Smart Devices
- Log in to ucr.campuswifi.net with your RCCD email and the temporary password sent by UCR Housing
- Create and save a new password
- In the BYOD Registration Portal, click Generate Password
- Enter your device's MAC address and click Save
- Restart your device
- Connect it to
UCR-BYOD, using the password you generated in step 3
